Each piece of beef is carefully selected and goes through the dry aging process for approximately 4 weeks at optimally set temperature, humidity, and air circulation. This method ensures a more pronounced taste, aroma, and color of the meat. Each steak and burger is individually vacuum-packed and calibrated to an exact weight to ensure consistent quality.
